Gooderson Leisure & Imana Competition

1. Competition Period

• The competition runs from 1 October 2025 until 8 January 2026.
• No entries will be accepted before or after these dates.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of South Africa, aged 18 years and older.
• Employees of Gooderson Leisure, Imana, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to this competition may not enter.

3. How to Enter

There are three ways to participate in this competition:a) Selfie Entries

• Guests must take a selfie at any Gooderson Leisure property with an Imana Potjie Mix product visible in the photo.
• Post the photo on Facebook or Instagram.
• Tag @GoodersonLeisure and @Imana and use the competition hashtag.

b) Social Media “Find the Imana” Game

• Follow Gooderson Leisure on social media.
• Spot and comment on the hidden Imana product in our competition posts during the campaign period.
• Tag Gooderson and Imana in the comment.

c) Website Hunt

• Visit the official Gooderson Leisure website.
• Find the hidden Imana item and follow the instructions to submit your entry.

Each section of the competition has its own prize. To qualify, you must follow the exact entry steps outlined for that prize category. Prizes may change and multiple prizes may be given for the same task but to unique entries.

4. Prizes

• Multiple prizes will be awarded during the campaign.
• The nature of prizes will be communicated on Gooderson Leisure’s official competition posts and announcements.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold or converted into cash.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winners will be chosen based on valid entries and announced via Gooderson Leisure’s official social media channels and/or website.
• All decisions made by Gooderson Leisure and Imana regarding the competition are final and binding.
• No correspondence will be entered into once winners have been announced.

6. Usage of Entries

• By posting and tagging a selfie or competition-related entry, participants grant Gooderson Leisure and Imana full rights to use, reproduce, and share the content (including photos, names, and captions) for future marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without further compensation or permission.
• This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.

7. Liability

• Participation in this competition is at the entrant’s own risk.
• Gooderson Leisure and Imana will not be held liable for:
  • Any loss, injury, damage, or harm (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) suffered by entrants or third parties as a result of participating in the competition or using any prize.
  • Any technical issues, system failures, or interruptions on social media platforms, websites, or networks that may affect entry submissions.
• By entering, participants indemnify and hold harmless Gooderson Leisure, Imana, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize.

8. General Rules

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prize.
• Gooderson Leisure and Imana reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these rules.
• Gooderson Leisure and Imana will not be held responsible for technical issues, including delays, lost entries, or social media malfunctions.

9. Collaboration Disclaimer

• This competition is a collaboration between Gooderson Leisure and Imana.
• Both are independent South African brands. Outside of this competition, Gooderson Leisure and Imana are not affiliated with each other.

10. Closing of Competition

• The competition closes on 8 January 2026.
• After this date, no further winners will be selected, and no prizes will be awarded.
